Anyway, this artist takes childrens’ drawings and renders them in acrylics (see below). I thought I’d try the same with a story adaptation I made when I was four. It was done a little too quickly. I can do better if I spend more time with it by smoothing it out and adding more detail and atmosphere. So yes, I made an entire ten-page book about Steven Spielberg’s Jaws and I’ll probably re-render the whole thing. Hope I don’t get sued for being a poor jerk to rich people living the dream. Maybe I’ll instead move on to the other storybooks I made as a kid. I mean, with such alluring titles as “Space U.S.A.” and “Fire Man Duck,” how can I go wrong?
